I have been working in the Green Bay Real Estate Market since the age of 14, when my mom was working for one of the top Realtors in Green Bay. From that point on, I was hooked. Whitney Watermolen-Heinrich was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. She became interested in real estate at a young age. Her Father is an area developer and her Mother was a Real Estate Agent for many years. Whitney enjoyed following her mom on showings and open houses at a young age. Shortly after graduating high school from Green Bay Preble, Whitney joined the corporate world. Through her experiences, she decided to follow what she was most passionate about and that was Real Estate and graduated college in Palm Beach, Florida. She acquired her Real Estate license in 2011.
Following her knowledge and expertise in the Greater Green Bay area has help launch her career in Real Estate. Over the years, she has built a loyal client base that depends on her for all their family moves & investments. Veronica's obsession with real estate began after purchasing her first home with her husband Chris. Even after settling into the new home, she found herself analyzing neighborhood listings and sales, reading articles, and watching every HGTV show under the sun just for fun. In 2015 Veronica was in school for electro-mechanical technology, but decided to turn her plans 180 degrees to simultaneously follow her passion and expand her family. Veronica became a licensed real estate agent in July of 2015 with excellent recommendations from her instructors. She achieved her first 10 transactions under contract within 6 months after maternity leave. The average real estate agent only does 7-10 transactions in a year!
Veronica particularly enjoys educating first time home buyers and selling homes with historic charm. She volunteers at the De Pere historical society and greatly appreciates historic building restorations. When asked how a career in real estate has been working out for her, Veronica said "I couldn't be happier! For the first time in my life I really love what I do. Many of my friends have become clients and some clients have become friends. I'm really busy most of the time but I still have the flexibility to raise my family the way I dreamed of. I can't see myself doing anything else."
Beyond her fascination with everything home related, hiking, cooking, and playing games with family and friends are among Veronica's favorite hobbies.
Vicki was born and raised in Green Bay, WI and after going across the state for college she returned to the Green Bay area to be close to family and to live in the community which she loved so much. After spending 10 years in procurement roles in the financial and manufacturing industries, she decided to pursue her passion with a career in real estate.
Vicki’s procurement experience in negotiations, contracts, and building relationships with customers lends itself well to real estate. Vicki understands how to work with her clients to truly understand their wants and needs to ensure they find the perfect home. Her strong organizational and communications skills allow her to respond quickly and work through all steps of the home buying or selling process efficiently. Vicki’s goal is to ensure she makes the buying and selling process easy for her clients, acting as their one point of contact whom they know they can trust and rely on throughout the entire process.
